I have problem related with my nokia e71, It is automatically shutdown.I have bought second handset.What will I do?

ReplyDeletePlease remember to backup your phone before performing resets as your data may be lost.
(a) Restore factory settings:
*#7780# - resets all the settings to the default
(b) Reformat phone
(If (a) doesn't help...)
*#7370# - Reformat your phone
Restore from backup... and your phone should work fine...
There is also battery issue with nokia e 71, as it is too big and a bit loose so sometimes it may lose contact with body, thats why phone restarts. Also put small paper back of battery to avoid it from any loosness.
